Allow notifications if you want Purrna to alert you when a practice finishes while the app is in the background. On Android, allowing exact alarms improves timer precision. You can change either permission at any time in system settings.
Background audio
Ambient audio can continue during a user-started practice when the screen is locked. Use Purrna’s controls or your device’s media controls to pause or stop playback.
Resetting local data
Purrna has no cloud account. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it removes local practice history, settings, progress, custom breathing patterns, and companion unlocks from that device. This cannot be undone from Purrna.
